1. Reporting Channels
Users may submit reports through in-platform reporting tools, support requests, or admin-reviewed communication channels made available by Tutku Live.
2. Review Process
Each complaint may be reviewed according to severity, legal risk, user safety, platform rules, and available records. Additional information may be requested if needed.
3. Possible Outcomes
- No action after review
- Content limitation or removal
- Warning, suspension, or permanent account action
- Escalation where legal or safety reasons require it
4. Good-Faith Requirement
Reports must be submitted in good faith. Abusive, malicious, or knowingly false complaints may themselves lead to action under the platform rules.
5. Contact and Follow-up
When operationally appropriate, follow-up may be provided through the support or communication channels associated with the submitted complaint.
