Account Deletion

1. How to Request Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Sımsıkı account and associated personal data by contacting us from their registered email address.

To submit a request, send an email to erenkoyun025@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Please include the email address or username associated with your account.

2. Verification

For security reasons, we may verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting the account.

If additional verification is required, we may contact you through your registered email address.

3. Data Deleted

• Account profile information
• Username and account details
• Profile photo and user-provided profile information
• Personal data associated with the account, where deletion is permitted by law

4. Data That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, payment records, dispute resolution, moderation history, or enforcement of platform rules.

Data that must be retained will only be kept for as long as necessary for the relevant legal or legitimate purpose.

5. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 business days after verification. In some cases, this period may be extended if additional verification or legal review is required.
