Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, and our reporting and enforcement process.

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Sımsıkı strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, predatory behavior toward children, trafficking, sextortion, and any content or conduct that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
Users may not create, upload, share, request, promote, or distribute any content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
2. User Reporting and Feedback
Users can report child safety concerns, abusive behavior, suspicious accounts, inappropriate content, or other safety issues through the in-app reporting or support mechanisms.
Reports may also be sent by email to erenkoyun025@gmail.com Reports involving child safety are prioritized for review.
3. Enforcement Actions
When we become aware of content or behavior that violates these standards, we may remove the content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence where legally appropriate, and take other action needed to protect users and comply with applicable law.
4. CSAM Handling and Legal Reporting
If we identify or receive a valid report of child sexual abuse material or child exploitation, we take appropriate action in accordance with our standards and applicable laws.
Where required, confirmed CSAM or child exploitation concerns may be reported to the relevant national, regional, or international authorities, including child safety organizations or law enforcement where applicable.
5. Compliance With Child Safety Laws
Sımsıkı is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We review reports and take action to prevent the use of our service for child exploitation or abuse.
