This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the following parties.

Buyer: The user placing an order through the Tutku Live platform ("Buyer").
2. Subject Matter
This Agreement governs the sale, delivery and use of digital products, virtual balance, minute packages and similar digital services purchased by the Buyer through the Tutku Live platform, together with the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Formation and Effective Date
This Agreement enters into force once the Buyer confirms the order through the platform and completes the payment transaction.
By confirming the order, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.
4. Product and Service Information
The type, quantity, price, payment method and main characteristics of the purchased digital product or service are displayed to the Buyer during the order confirmation process.
Order information is stored in the system records and, where applicable, in electronic communication records.
5. Payment Terms
The Buyer is obliged to pay the order amount completely and correctly using the selected payment method.
The relevant digital product or service will not be made available until the payment process is completed.
The current prices, package contents and payment methods displayed on the platform at the time of purchase shall apply to the transaction.
6. Delivery and Performance
Services offered through the Tutku Live platform are digital in nature, and purchased minute packages, virtual usage rights and similar services are assigned electronically to the relevant user account after payment approval.
Digital delivery is completed within a reasonable time following payment confirmation and required control procedures.
Where necessary, delivery may be delayed due to security, verification or internal review processes.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the applicable Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may be limited to the extent permitted by law for digital content and digital services performed instantly or started with the Buyer’s prior approval.
The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has been informed about the scope of the right of withdrawal where the digital service has been activated or assigned to the account following explicit consent.
8. Refund and Cancellation Terms
Refund and cancellation requests are evaluated based on the nature of the purchased service, whether the service has been used, the account status, payment records and applicable legal provisions.
Refund requests for digital services already assigned to the account and partially or fully used may be restricted depending on the nature of the service.
9. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Seller is responsible for assigning the purchased digital service to the Buyer’s account in accordance with the system conditions and applicable legislation.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided to the platform is accurate and up to date.
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays, delivery issues or transaction failures caused by inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information provided by the Buyer.
10. Legal Basis
This Agreement has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts and other relevant legislation.
11. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

13. Entry into Force
This Distance Sales Agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
