Creator Consent

Every broadcaster or creator is expected to act voluntarily, with full knowledge of the platform rules, community standards, and legal obligations.

Creators must be adults and may be asked to provide verification before gaining access to creator-side features or monetization tools.

3. Rights and Permissions

By uploading or streaming content, the creator confirms that they hold the necessary rights to share that content on the platform and that no unlawful or unauthorized material is included.

4. Restricted Content

• Content involving unlawful conduct or exploitation
• Unauthorized use of third-party rights or personal data
• Any material that violates platform moderation, trust, or safety requirements

5. Ongoing Responsibility

Creators remain responsible for their account, the legality of their uploads and broadcasts, and compliance with moderator or admin review processes.
